Had my first Shockwave treatment today on my left knee. Felt immediate relief. Also had an informative discussion with Dr. Lastofsky. I did my research prior to booking my first visit. I believe Shockwave treatment for knee osteoarthritis is a proven alternative to surgery. Of course, like any other treatment you may choose for your health challenges, do your research on viable medical websites. I also have a family member who is receiving Shockwave therapy from a well respected orthopedic surgeon in NJ and is having good results. This is one of the many reasons I decided to try it.

My wife has been suffering from pain for a while and we have committed to seek the best options down near Palm Beach Florida. She is already meeting with Ckeveland Clinic Physical Therapy - will review tgem honestly after we meet next week - but we saw and advertisement saying get a free nerve check. A bit skeptical we called and booked an appointment. My wife is VERY hard to please witg doctors so no expectations when she went in. When she came out she was clearly happy (rare after first visits) and I met Dr John Catena (who my wife says is fantastic). As this was initial visit we have already schefuled follow up tomorrow. Shout out to Denise and Ayla at reception as everything - paperwork, insurance, scheduling - was handled quickly, professionally and BEST pleasantly. See I am not alone with my praise but happy to attest that.if the offeted care is needed - GO!!! You won't regret it and will feel well cared for.

I went to Pivotal for the introductory appointment for two main reasons. 1) I've been interested in finding another chiropractor since mine retired a few years ago, and 2) I wanted to learn more about their decompression machine. The Dr was great and patiently explained what the machine did .... I was intrigued, and he showed it to me from a distance as a patient was having a treatment. The patient saw us and immediately volunteered info about how much he'd been helped. He raved quite excitedly. I decided to have a couple xrays done, as I hadn't had any for years, and the Dr went over them. It was quite clear that I'd lost the spacing between vertebrae in my lower back. It's an area I've need to be very careful of for years. I decided to get some treatments as the decompression will increase the space between disks. Today, I had my first treatment. And, everyone in the office was extremely friendly. They took the time to thoroughly explain the full process I'd be undergoing as I lay onto the machine. I found the treatment quite relaxing. It was not in the least bit painful for myself. After the procedure is completed one gets a laser treatment for the area treated. I'm very pleased to have chosen to do this.

These doctors are great. I have lived with neuropathy for three years and my feet mainly. It was a constant numbness hard to sleep at night was always numb hard wear socks. It is a very hard issue to have to deal with and I waited too long.

I finally Saw an advertisement on TV. I’m not big on advertisements and afraid of being scammed but soon found out as soon as I went there that I wasn’t gonna be scammed and that I was going . It doesn’t work if you only try it for a couple times you need to give it a chance and that’s what I did. I gave it a chance and I gave the doctors a chance. The best thing I ever did. You need to try it, you won’t be sorry. Remember, give him a chance it takes time. Neuropathy doesn’t come quickly and you can’t get rid of it quickly also this was a doctor’s office. That was such a pleasure to go to because of their help Denise and AYLARL standing they make you feel so comfortable they treat you right like I said try it. You won’t be sorry
