When it comes to your health, quality is important. Other places don’t use as high quality ingredients in their IVs, or are as transparent. Chris and his staff are the best! I had so many health issues from small to large, and all the adjustments have not only eradicated them, but I feel so much better!! I am highly disappointed with this business that I've been a customer of for over three years. During this time, I've purchased IVs, Ozone Sauna sessions, and several B vitamin injections. However, my recent experiences have been unsatisfactory. On two occasions, I visited the business for an injection only to find it closed. Today, I called ahead and was immediately put on hold. Despite this, I decided to drive there since they were open. To my frustration, the receptionist informed me that I would have to wait for at least 25 minutes for an injection that typically takes less than 30 seconds to administer. It appears that they are facing staffing issues, which I can understand.

What disappoints me the most is the lack of any automated text or email notifications to inform the public about closures or potential delays. It's inconvenient to make the drive to the only to find it closed or to experience subpar service. At this point, I believe it's time to search for a new infusion business that can provide more reliable and efficient service.
