Wow. Their office lady just called me after I left a message almost a week ago to get an appointment for an evaluation. She was SUPER rude and condescending when I asked her to repeat herself once. Her attitude was really terrible and she was speaking overly slowly and chewing her words like you do when you're annoyed. I am hard of hearing and can't help it so I found that to be really rude and unprofessional. I was actually referred to the practice by a close family friend of Dr. Casper so I'm sure he'll hear about it sooner than later.
