I went to Dr. Mark with significant right shoulder pain and was honestly blown away by the results. He quickly identified the issue and treated it using EMTT (extracorporeal magnetotransduction technology—try saying that three times fast) along with FST-focused shockwave therapy. After just one visit—and a few simple at-home exercises—I experienced about a 70% reduction in pain. I wasn’t expecting results that fast.

Thank God, I was not seriously injured, just had a little back pain, but serious and professional approach to my treatment of Phenom’s team surprised me. They do their job well in small things and I was told that in more complex situations they helped a lot👍

Even though Dr. Mark can do a small miracle by his massage (next day the pain just disappeared😊), be prepared to put your own effort to recover - they will make you to do exercises as it should be, as it’s written in a book📕, what is great, because it leads to the good results.
The people are very patient and nice, I simply love talking to them, that makes process easy, fast and enjoyable😊

I have had struggles with lower back and upper back/neck issues that have developed since my pregnancy and I had to do PT after x-rays but before an MRI would be approved by insurance. I went to another provider that felt inconsistent and the providers felt over worked. Here at Phenom I have consistency in care. I really love the team from the receptionist to the owner Mark. They are knowledgeable and it feels like I have a care plan and care team for my recovery. I love that massage is incorporated into my recovery in addition to exercises and manual manipulation of my muscles. It's so good that I keep trying to get my russian speaking in laws and my husband to come for maintenance and treatment so they can get treatment somewhere they can feel safe and build trust just as I do.
