I don’t believe this office has your best interests. The doctor there insisted on giving me cortisone injections, rather than recommend physical therapy (I am very young) - after getting 2 second opinions, they were shocked that the doctor wanted to load me up with cortisone shots (clearly because they just want to make money) - I am in worse pain than I was before I had my appointment! Never coming back!

I am so happy I was referred to Carmel Foot Specialists. I sought treatment from Dr. Barbara Kaiser for a very painful callus on the bottom of my right big toe. The pain was intense and impacting my quality of life. After each treatment, I noticed the pain subsiding, and by the third treatment and the addition of new orthotics, I was able to complete a very active walking tour overseas with minimal to no discomfort. I am getting back to my normal activity level and could not be happier with the results!

Dr. Kiser went out of her way to work me in for an additional procedure I needed when I came in for my scheduled appointment. She is always very thorough, and explains any treatment needed. I highly recommend her. Wendy, who administers laser treatment, is very good and informative. Diane, who works with appointments and billing, was very helpful and friendly.

Dr seemed nice. My issue was fairly easy from my understanding yet they were unable to correct it. I had an issue coming back in to get checked out again without paying them a $100. I was not satisfied with the service I received at all. Talked to the service manager but they still just rescheduled me requiring me to pay before being seen even though I was not being taken care of and problem didn’t go away, also the front desk office people were selective as well in not allowing me to be seen.

Staff is great and Dr Molan is very patient, personable and understanding. I refer my friends and clients to him all the time. Additionally the staff have worked with him for a long time and the team cooperation and communication is excellent.
