I have lost over 15 pounds in a short time 6 -8 weeks with very little exercise . Dr. Luongo is very personable and came early just to accommodate my schedule. If you follow instructions and put in the work to be disciplined you will loose weight. Red light therapy is new and was great Thanks Dr Luongo!!
