I went to Dr Carpenter with pain in my lower back. I couldn’t even drive to get to the office. After a few visits of gentle manipulation, I could walk better. After a month, I was pain free and ready for more intense manipulation. She gave me some exercises to help with the muscles and is always pleasant to deal with. The staff is also very nice. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going for about 2 months. My back and neck were in bad shape even though I had already had another chiropractor I saw for many years I wasn’t getting any relief. I started come here a with some other issues beside my back and neck and Dr. Karen Carpenter really has been helping me find relief with back, neck and some of my gut issue. I had my first softwave appointment today. I had gone through every treatment to the point my pain medicine doctor gave up on me. Today I was very happy with how I was listened to and the softwave treatment confirmed my belief that my pain is from the SI joint area. Been using first choice for about 2 years. The service is excellent and most importantly effective. Their goal is to get you where you need to be as quickly and safely as possible. Some chiropractors I’ve used in the past seem to want to get you in as many times as possible for as long as possible. Not First Choice. Any time my back flares up i can call and get an appt quickly and feel better in 1-2 visits
