Really poor admin team. Spent 30 minutes on the phone giving insurance info. Left work early for a confirmed appointment only to get there and to be told Dr Chenven was leaving early today. I waited all day to see them when could have gone to urgent care or my primary. They said they called but there isn't a single missed call on my phone. Very poor unprofessional office team. Avoid if possible. They seem overwhelmed and incapable of basic professional courtesies.

No words can describe just how bad this practice is.From doctors not reading charts to nurses that do not fellow thru with orders. You should check out other doctors this group is the worst.Try calling durring office hours you will probably get the answering service ,took 3 days of leaving messages and un returned phone calls Finally get to the office only for the staff to ask why we were there. Nothing much worse than a doctor and his staff not knowing what procedures they have done on / to you. WE WILL BE CHANGING DOCTORS AFTER TODAY!

I am extremely pleased by the care of Dr. Gorbatiy; I went to the Broward Urology Center to see him for a frequent urination issue and he truly took the time to determine what was causing it. A true expert in his field. I will stick to him as my urologist :) Truly recommend him.
PS: I agree with the other reviews that the front desk might not be the friendliest on the phone; I did tell the Doctor and he is working on getting the issue fixed. Dr Gorbatiy is SO good in his field I truly don't mind putting up with the not so friendly front desk as long as I can be treated by him. In the end the Doctor is what matters. A+++

I work at a law firm and was trying to get some missing forms that I had requested previously. Right away the lady was RUDE on the phone and wouldn’t let me talk, she kept talking over me. I wish I got her name but I was very shocked with her attitude that I just wanted to get off the phone asap!

My dr refers me to broward urology center after being diagnosed with testicular cancer.

When I google Broward Urology Center on Tuesday, Zoc Doc comes up in the results to make an appointment, and it and they have an opening on Thursday . I upload my insurance card and my ID, enter in family history, spend all last night up like a nervous wreck, and then am told today by the receptionist “Yeah, we get told that a lot from patients about Zoc Doc, but we don’t accept appointments from them.”

“Why do you allow your practice to be featured there for people to make appointments?”

Blank stare.

“The soonest we can get you in is end of February.”

“I did ask a question.”

Blank stare.

“There’s my answer. Now, do you need an appointment?”

Oh, and the guy next to me made an appointment for 12 and they said he was an hour late. He had to pull up his confirmation emails to have them honor his existing appointment. All they have to do is call Zoc Doc to be removed, and they’re too lazy and unbothered to do that.

This is how this practice treats people already emotional as it is. Zero care, zero concern, and zero customer service. I even went to far to lodge a formal complaint with my insurance company and the medical authorities in Broward County, as no one should be treated like this—much less when dealing with cancer.

I wouldn’t send Vladamir Putin to this practice—and you should demand better.
