The service there is absolutely 100% positive they are friendly and knowledgeable and very extremely helpful from front desk staff to physicians. I definitely will recommend this place to everyone who needs a urologist, and honestly, there was a staff member of the front desk. i believe her name was paola she really went out of her way to complete all my upcoming appointments with recommending doctors and making appointments that kind of service you don't see anywhere these days,

Staff was great, super informative and personable. Easy to get to from any of the five boroughs, even on public transit. So grateful I found them! My parents are now interested in scheduling an appointment and willing to travel from staten island to queens. Five stars all the way!
