Thrive Health Center is far more than just your ordinary Chiropractic center. Dr Thornton and his team are all about your well being. From back pain, to weight loss, to overall health. The best thing I ever did for myself was to try them out. I couldn’t be happier. Their entire staff is amazing. The place is spotless. They do everything possible to accommodate your time & wellness. Pretty disappointed with the level of care I received from Thrive. They came very highly recommended by a family member, so when I was experiencing very severe sciatic pain at only 12 weeks pregnant, I came here hoping for some help and answers. I spent a while talking to Dr Matthew about what I was experiencing and I felt like I was being listened to. But the second I got transferred to Dr Buckles for my alignment, the same quality of care fell short. I came in for sciatica, and a misaligned hip, and left with my first adjustment having worked on my neck, spine, and no attention being paid to my hip or leg. When I came in the very next day, I was adjusted again, in the same way, and was only in office for 3 minutes. The second I stepped foot outside, I felt that severe sharp pain and realized I was wasting my money on people who just wanted me in and out. I contacted a physical therapist and was seen that evening, and within the first 20 minutes of seeing them, my hip was properly aligned and my pain was gone. It’s been a week now and I haven’t felt any pain. When I called Thrive to explain my situation and how I was disappointed, I was quickly ushered off the phone and told they would speak to Dr Matthew about me wanting a refund and would get back to me. I haven’t heard a word.

I understand all bodies are different, but if my experience means anything, this establishment doesn’t hold up to the constant 5 star reviews they’re receiving.
