I highly recommend them, whether you are having your spine checked as part of your overall health journey or you suffer from back, hip or neck pain. They are the BEST!!!

I first became a patient as part of my overall health journey in May of 2021. Part of overall health, is to have your spine checked for proper alignment and and % of curvature in the neck and lower back. X-rays showed mine was significantly lacking in alignment and curvature. Dr Jay laid out a plan, including adjustments and exercises to get my spine where it needed to be along with going over a sheet that contained an - all Body Composition analysis - a good overview of my overall fitness. BMI, body fat % etc.

- As a Farmers Market vendor I do lots of lifting and have messed my back up on a number of occasions. Usually from lifting too much wrongly, twisting while lifting or sitting for hours at a craft show on a non supportive chair.
Cinco Ranch Wellness has always gone out of their way to get me seen ASAP!!!
Which - when you are in excruciating pain - it means everything!!!
This week I locked up my hip, pressing against my sciatic, causing an intense amount of pain and discomfort.
Getting me in ASAP, Dr Jay utilized their state of the art equipment and treatments along with his adjustments to have me pain free and in alignment in just two days with 2 visits.
