This place is a joke. They take themselves very seriously for what they actually do and the scam industry they are a part of. The price is ridiculous and they want you to come three times a week at first. I’d say who has the time for that, but when I went I was literally only in there for 5 minutes every time. So the drive wasn’t worth it at all just to have my neck cracked and one part of my lower back. I wasn’t expecting a full body adjustment every time, but it just felt like I was barely having anything done. Nothing helped, despite how much they preach it will. If anything it just slightly hurt my neck. Also, the guy or “doctor” is literally missing a thumb on one of his hands! Would you want a deformed hand performing precise movements near your neck and spine? The office is also very small, outdated, and slightly dirty. Lastly, they really only want your money. If you can’t pay or keep up with their ridiculous contract they will stop contacting you or scheduling you but they will happily continue to charge your card.

Heard an ad on WHEB for this company to reduce pain and swelling. Went for the consultation and first treatment tonight - the staff was great and the treatment even better. They reduced my pain from a 9 to a 4 in one session! I hope to be able to review again after I have complete the course of treatment! I completed my second session - what relief. I completed the 7 sessions and I cannot praise this company enough! Softwave treatment is the way to go!

Met with the office staff today. Office staff was very informative , friendly. Explained what was needed to know about insurance and very well informed on type of treatment i will be receiving.

I have been to many chiropractors, but Dr. Mark and his team are amazing. I have never had the full experience of a chiropractor like I have received from him and the lady's at his office. They are very up front and actually care about you mental and body health. I have had the opportunity of having treatments on my knee from the Softwave Stem Machine which has made a very big difference in my life. They always say about animals, they are looking for their forever home, well I have found my forever chiropractor! LOL I am very happen with Arsenault Family Chiropractic Center. I have referred him to so many of my family and friends. If you are looking for an awesome chiropractor, stop looking and give this one a call. You will not regret it!
