I am a 25 year old that is dealing with some pretty serious chronic issues that no other doctor has been able to help much.
Dr Smyth was able to see how out of alignment I was in my neck and my back , causing sign I can’t stress on my nervous system and pain all the way to my head to my left foot.
He is helping ease much of that damage that has accumulated over the years.

Dr Smyth was able to diagnose, treat and successfully start reversing years of damage to the spinal structure posture and the symptoms of pain that came with it. We are a few weeks into treatment and my allignmemt is in progress-he will be the first to tell you, measuring results matters- he is the first chiropractor I've been to who utilizes a full body x-ray and took a good amount of time to explain in great detail what the core issues we are treating are. His level of knowledge and skill are honestly unmatched by anyone I've been to for any kind of back or neck pain. Not only does he treat the symptoms but what matters the most at least for me and I suspect to anyone reading over this is to understand, the why. Dr. Andy has been instrumental in treating the Meniere's Disease vertigo that I experience on a frequent basis. I've had years of experiencing no improvement (and worsening of symptoms) with regular chiropractors and I now only trust upper cervical chiropractors. In doing extensive research, I've personally found that Dr. Andy is the best in the Boston area and I highly recommend him. Also a big shoutout to Lisa who is extremely kind and personable. I started seeing Dr. Andy after moving to MA from Washington State. I was specifically looking for help dealing with the impact of a severe neck injury that happened back in the 1980's. Additionally, I was looking for someone familiar with NUCCA type of chiropractic care. My entire experience at N.E. Spinal Care, from walking in the front door, through treatment, has been exceptional. Dr. Andy has had a consistent attitude of "what can make things better, with an emphasis on long-term well-being.

An unexpected benefit from the care I have been receiving has to do with my heart health (history of multiple, stress-related, cardiac events and high blood pressure). My adjustments have helped open the passage of the Vagus nerve through my neck and an overall improvement in blood flow. I believe that this has contributed significantly to the improved level of functioning of my heart as well as significant, sustained, lowering of my blood pressure.
