I paid for a session in the Weight Loss Program. Everyone was very friendly. The doctor was great. When I called, I was told I would be there about an hour. I was there over two hours. On the first phase, I was told it would be 10-15 minutes. It was 52 minutes. I was left alone in the room for 37 minutes just waiting. I simply made a comment about the time to one of the staff, not in a complaining way, just a simple statement. Apparently, the girl I said this to passed it on as a complaint. I was on a machine during the third phase, and with five minutes left, the doctor came in, shut it off, and took me to another room where I learned the cost. It was extremely high, in the thousands. According to this girl, I still had a phase or two to go through, but this NEVER happened. I feel I was given the bum's rush because I just happened to state that, "The girl on the phone told me this would take about an hour. It has now been over two hours. This is my first time here, so I don't know what to expect, but this wasn't what I expected". If you do go here, I suggest you make no comments that could be misconstrued, as mine was, causing your time (for which you paid) to be cut short. I am very disappointed in how I was treated. This was very unprofessional.
