This guy may have success with his therapies he offers but it seems he is only out for money. After being asked to come in when I called to find out if what he offers is covered by my bcbs insurance, I was put on the spot after being told there’s $1,000 plus fees attached to what he offers since insurance only pays half or none depending on which laser therapy was chosen, I was told I should be able to find the money since I don’t have kids and I live alone, and that cancer patients claim they never have money and somehow come up w money for treatment... I have never spoken with a more outlandish pushy person trying to sell anything like this guy. Steer clear and find another place that offers the same options because he is not professional and showed me at this visit that he has no concept of boundaries or respect for those that are not as well off.

When I started coming to Dr. Carpenos I was bent over had trouble walking couldn't climb or go downstairs and no longer drove. The pain I had in both knees, legs, back. I could no longer enjoy anything anymore standing at sink,taking walks, exercise, travel and entertain. After first treatment I walked normal and no pain. Now after 9th treatment I feel alive and able to do all the things I love to do again after years of other doctors and treatment that didn't work. Wow! What a fantastic results that I'm getting. After three years of not being able to wear my high heels. I came to the New England Spine & Disc in Orange, CT. After the first visit, I experienced a change; the pain wasn't as bad. Now, after five visits, I can walk with my heels without pain. I recommend it as it will help all those people going through some pain.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Carpenos and Dr. Cullen for a couple of years now. I originally went to there for back pain, after treatment by them and their great staff to get me healthy I continued on a maintenance plan. That was until I took a fall and fractured a vertebrae in my back. I called the office and was seen in a matter of a couple of hours. After an initial treatment Dr.C recommended Stem Wave Therapy, instead of surgery. After a series of treatments I was able to get back to my life with very manageable pain as the healing process continues.
