I had a great experience with Resolve Chiropractic using shockwave therapy! After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and improved mobility in my knee. The treatment was quick, non-invasive, and surprisingly comfortable. Dr. Naasz was very professional and explained everything clearly, which made me feel at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend Resolve Chiropractic and shockwave therapy for anyone dealing with chronic pain or soft tissue injuries.

Andrea is a true professional and really cares about her patients. She assessed my low back/hip issues, communicated what she wanted to accomplish in our session and, after some soft tissue work, adjustments, and exercise demonstrations, left me feeling like brand new. If you want to get fixed come to Resolve and see Dr. Sandoval!

Andrea is so awesome! I have many many problems with arthritis in my neck and she was very professional and personable with me when I told her about all my problems. Then she started working on my neck and shoulders. I walked out of there with NO PAIN. She told me what she was going to do before she did it so I felt very comfortable. The office is easy to find, plenty for free parking and very clean and organized.
*** They are all about fixing your problems rather than put a band aid like other chiro doctors. ***
They have some gym equipment to help and Andrea sent me my exercises to do at home. I can’t wait to see her next week. Highly recommend Resolve. They resolve your issues.

Dr. Andrea Sandoval and Dr. Connor Naasz have both been amazing, kind, and very patient with me. I was actually pleasantly surprised when Dr. Naasz welcomed me by name, into the office one day, even though I’ve technically only been working directly with Dr. Sandoval. They really do care about helping others.

I’m one of those people who has a hard time understanding what’s going on with myself, and who’s very bad with doing my “homework.” I find it difficult to pinpoint my exact pain points at times, but from working with Dr. Sandoval, I feel like I’ve been making definite progress. I certainly feel refreshed after every appointment. Neck, shoulders, and lower back stiffness and pain have been my top issues for years, and I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Each time I seem to learn something new about how my body works and has reacted to my historically poor physical behaviors and postures. Looking forward to more sessions!

I´ve been in pain on my sciatic nerve since months ago. I visited 2 different quiropractors and the relief was just for few days. After doing some research I found RESOLVE CHIROPRACTORS and Andrea has been a GAME CHANGER on my recovery. In just 2 sessions my pain is almost gone. She's so patient and explains really well the stretching that I need to do to seed up my recovery and strengthen my back and buttock muscles. Obviously you have to do your part doing your exercises at home. I speak English but I communicate pretty much in spanish with Andrea and she has been so helpful and comprehensive of my pain and my root cause of this horrible pain. She is teaching me how to manage it without toxic pills and without expensive specialist doctors. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. (By the way I'm Claudia :-)

Frequently asked questions

What conditions do you most often treat with Shockwave Therapy?

Achilles Tendinopathy, Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis), Golfer’s Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis), Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy, Patellar Tendinopathy (Jumper’s Knee), Hamstring Tendinopathy, Iliotibial Band Syndrome (IT Band), Hip Bursitis, Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome, Shin Splints, Chronic Back Pain, Myofascial Trigger Points

What inspired you to start offering Shockwave Therapy?

We started offering Shockwave Therapy after seeing too many active patients struggle with chronic tendon issues that weren’t improving with standard care alone. As evidence for shockwave therapy grew, we knew it was the right step to bring in a research-backed, non-invasive option that helps break the cycle of chronic pain and accelerate healing.

Do you combine Shockwave Therapy with other treatments?

Yes. We combine every shockwave session with rehab exercises tailored to the patient’s specific condition and stage of healing. This approach helps reinforce the tissue remodeling process initiated by shockwave and supports long-term recovery and resilience.

What makes your approach to Shockwave Therapy different from others?

Each session is one-on-one and combines evidence-based shockwave protocols with targeted rehab to promote lasting improvement, not just short-term relief. We also stay current with the latest clinical research to ensure we are using the most effective treatment strategies for each individual.

Have you taken any specific training or certifications related to Shockwave Therapy?

Yes, we’ve completed advanced training through CuraMedix, which focuses on evidence-based applications of shockwave therapy. This training has helped us confidently integrate shockwave into patient care using the most up-to-date and effective treatment protocols.

What’s one misconception people often have about Shockwave Therapy — and how do you explain it to them?

A common misconception is that Shockwave Therapy is just another passive modality, like ultrasound. In reality, it’s a much more active treatment—it triggers a controlled healing response in chronically injured tissue. We explain to patients that it’s designed to jumpstart the body’s natural repair mechanisms, which is why we often pair it with rehab to reinforce that recovery process.

Is there anything patients should avoid before or after Shockwave Therapy (e.g., cortisone injections)?

Patients who have recently received a cortisone injection in the area being treated should let us know, as this may affect when we begin shockwave therapy. In general, we also encourage patients to speak with their prescribing provider before starting shockwave if they are currently using any medications or treatments that are meant to reduce inflammation, as these could potentially impact the body’s natural response to the therapy.

Outside of clinical work, what’s something you’re passionate about or enjoy doing in your free time?

Outside the clinic, we enjoy spending time outdoors—especially hiking and backpacking. Exploring new trails and being out in nature helps us recharge and stay active, which is a big part of the lifestyle we promote for our patients as well.

What languages do you speak?

Dr. Naasz speaks English, and Dr. Sandoval is fluent in both English and Spanish. We’re proud to offer care that is accessible and comfortable for Spanish-speaking patients in our community.
