Flow Rehab

Just wanted to send a shout about the inimitable Dr. Kate Bailey of Flow Rehab.

I met Dr. Bailey while doing some work for a medical and allied health professionals education organization and was so taken with her joyful presence, careful attention and extensive knowledge that I enrolled in her Active Flow yoga class at Flow Rehab in Fremont.

As a long-time Seattle yogi I’m always seeking teachers who can help me take my practice to the next level and Kate does not disappoint. I’m inspired by her intuitive sequences, technical expertise, and empathic hands-on teaching style. Her warmth, compassion and skillful adjustments have made a huge difference in my practice and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Cannot rave enough about this place!!! I have been to countless doctors, and spent a huge amount of money, attempting to treat my pelvic pain. Nothing was successful until years later I had my first appointment here. After the first session it was obvious the treatments offered here will be finally successful at addressing my chronic pain.

Scheduling is flexible, and service is very personal and it’s always super easy to contact your therapist/the office if needed.

There is free parking lot and street parking in the area.

It is a bit pricey, however they are worth well above their prices!!

Deeply dedicated professional. Kind and amiable too. She did not rush our meeting and we felt very seen, heard and helped.
