Based on the following I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars:

Brenna called me and had a long conversation with me. She was very attentive and seemed to genuinely care and understand where I was coming from.

Via Brenna, Kare made things right with me as much as was possible. I appreciate that.
I may return for further treatment in the future.

I seldom leave negative reviews, even if I have a negative experience at a place.

The one positive of this place has been the staff during office visits are friendly and answer all your questions.

Five of my family members are patients here. They have raved about Kare for years and I was very excited to improve my health.

My daughter was seen first. After her blood draw and buying supplements, the 3rd party lab botched the results. Kare apologized and offered to redraw her blood but they still charged us a lab review follow up -- for zero information! We ultimately declined the redraw as my daughter has a needle phobia.

I was so upset I was going to go somewhere else but my 5 family members begged me to give Kare a 2nd chance, telling me of all their health improvements.

I gave them a 2nd chance.
I had blood drawn for several tests. Bought some more supplements.

The day before my office visit to review my lab results, I had something come up and called to reschedule my appointment.
I was told that since it was less than 24 hours, I would be charged for the appointment whether I rescheduled or not.

I tried to explain my situation but "policy is policy". I understand that many physicians and dentists have similar policies but I've also had dentists and physicians work with me on these issues.

As a mom and pop business owner I always work with my customers and suppliers so we all win. This is just what works for me personally.

It's not the money, it's the principle.

My wife felt my frustration and called Kare without my knowledge, expressing our extreme frustration from my daughter's botched labs to my appointment issue.

She spoke to a different lady who was much more understanding. She agreed to cancel all our pending appointments and send my results via email. She also stated they would not charge me for the missed appointment.

She further stated that if we decided to return as patients we would have to pay "up front". I'm assuming that means pay at time of making the appointment.

What's ironic is that as a self-employed person, I have no insurance and always pay cash for medical visits.

I have spent quite a bit of time and a decent amount of money with Kare for very little results. I wish I had stayed with my gut feeling and never returned after they botched my daughter's visit.

I cannot imagine a scenario where I would ever return to this place. But hey, they still have all my family members to make money off of.

I will be looking for another natural health care provider. My review is not the only recent one of this nature.

I’m not sure what’s going on there. The Care we used to get was great. But here lately for over a year now it seems like they can’t keep staff. There is plenty of other places out there that offer this type of care. If you’re wanting to be sold supplements. And you want spall like healthcare this is the place for you. If you’re wanting to really change your life and change your health, you might want to do a little shopping around.

I highly recommend Kare Health & Wellness! I had a medical issue going on, called them and got in the same day, I’m not an established patient because I just found them, so I called and was able to be seen for a sick visit. I will definitely be going back and becoming established. I got the accelerated healing IV and I felt so much better afterwards and feel even better today!

My mom wasn't feeling well and you took her in treated her so kindly and made her feel welcome and calm. I love you all and atmosphere. So relaxing and I know we are always getting the best care.

Everyone is always so kind at KARE, whether you’re in-person or on the phone. I leave feeling confident that their care is patient-focused, rather than protocol-focused. They listen carefully and prescribe and explain intentionally.
