I had an 8am appointment time for my first appointment at this practice, and do acknowledge that I was 18 minutes late, as the traffic kept adding time to my Waze. I emailed to inform them, and also let them know on the phone. They did not inform me that I should not come in. However, I was met with the most disrespectful treatment upon entering the practice, not only from the front desk staff, but the Nurse Practitioner herself (Lucy). She approached me in the most unprofessional manner, and when I did not want to shake her hand, was made to feel like I was being aggressive? It was definitely an interesting tactic to take and has highlighted some non-inclusive points of view she might hold. Stay away from this practice as there are other options that provide a higher level of customer care and service. Check the yelp reviews to gain a better understanding than what is listed here.

Have consulted with Dr. James Simon for many years. He's really expert in women's health, particularly menopause issues. He's a careful listener, very compassionate and interested in improving women's health.

Extremely personal, thoughtful care. You can talk to them about anything. Honestly, these are the best doctors I’ve ever had. So thorough.

I have never been to a medical office more caring and more sincere. They actually pay individual attention to you and your lifestyle. I felt like everyone was accommodating to my needs and they collectively helped me with what’s best for me, not what’s best for their business or practice.
